How to Compare Bullion Dealer Prices

Bullion Hunters makes it easy to compare published prices for the same gold, silver, platinum, or palladium product across multiple bullion dealers. Select the product and quantity you want, then compare available dealer offers side by side before deciding where to buy.

How to Use the Dealer Comparison Tool

Start by choosing a product from the Product menu. Use the Quantity controls to select how many you want to compare. Because dealers may offer quantity discounts, changing the quantity can change both the price and the order of the results.

You can sort dealer offers by:

• Lowest Price – Ranks offers by the published goods subtotal for your selected quantity.
• Lowest Premium – Ranks offers based on how their pricing compares with the product's underlying precious metal spot value.
• Dealer Name – Organizes offers alphabetically by dealer.

Select In Stock Now if you only want to see products currently listed as available.

Understanding Each Dealer Offer

Each dealer entry gives you the information needed to compare offers quickly.

Unit Price

The dealer's published price per unit at your selected quantity. The percentage shown below it indicates how the price compares with the product's underlying spot value.

Shipping

Shows the dealer's published shipping policy. Shipping is not included in the ranked goods subtotal unless specifically stated.

Buyback

Shows the dealer's publicly available buyback price when a comparable public bid is available. If you see Not published, Bullion Hunters does not currently have a comparable public buyback price from that dealer.

Quantity × Unit Price

Shows the goods subtotal based on your selected quantity and the dealer's published unit price.

Price Difference

When applicable, this shows how much more an offer costs than the lowest-priced qualifying offer currently displayed.

Price Breakdown

Select Price breakdown for additional information about the goods subtotal, published shipping policy, and available payment-surcharge information.

Go to Dealer

Takes you to the dealer's website, where you can verify the current price, shipping, payment terms, availability, and final order total before purchasing.

Set a Price Alert

Not ready to buy at the current price? Set a Price Alert for the selected product. Bullion Hunters can email you when the best published price falls below your target, so you don't have to keep checking dealer prices manually.

Price-alert targets exclude shipping.

Remember: Lowest Published Price Does Not Always Mean Lowest Delivered Cost

Bullion Hunters compares dealer offers using the same pricing criteria, but the displayed goods subtotal is not necessarily your final checkout total. Shipping costs, payment surcharges, taxes, and other applicable charges may affect what you ultimately pay.

Always confirm the current price and complete terms on the dealer's website before placing an order.

How This Ranking Works

Dealers are ordered by unit price × quantity — the goods subtotal, not a delivered total. Every dealer is compared on the same payment method, and prices are never converted between methods: a dealer who publishes no price for that method is left out of the ranking rather than ranked on a different one. Shipping cost and payment surcharges are not published in a comparable form by the dealers we track, so we show each dealer’s own shipping policy as they wrote it and never fold a guess into the number.
