Commemorate America’s 250th anniversary with the 2026 (P) President Donald J. Trump July 4th Privy $1 Coin NGC MS 65 FDOI. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint on July 4, 2026, this special Semiquincentennial dollar comes from a group of only 250,000 coins bearing the distinctive “July 4th” privy mark. This example has been authenticated and graded MS 65 by Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) and carries the First Day of Issue (FDOI) designation.
Authorized as a one-year design for 2026, the President Donald J. Trump $1 Coin was created as part of the U.S. Mint’s celebration of America’s Semiquincentennial. Chief Engraver Joseph Menna designed the presidential portrait based on an official White House photograph by Daniel Torok, while the reverse incorporates former Chief Engraver Frank Gasparro’s Presidential Seal design. A particularly notable subset was produced on the anniversary itself. The U.S. Mint struck 250,000 Trump dollars at Philadelphia on July 4, 2026, each carrying a special “July 4th” privy mark. Rather than offering these coins separately, the Mint randomly included them among its standard 25-coin rolls and 100-coin bags. This NGC-certified example further distinguishes the issue through its MS 65 grade, FDOI designation, and Trump-themed certification label.
