Why Should You Buy Goldbacks?
There are many reasons to invest in Goldback Notes. The first reason? To protect against regular inflation. Since the Goldback is made from actual gold, it is designed to maintain its value over time. Second, it provides a safeguard against identity theft/online hacking. The Goldback evades any digital risk, as it is a physical product that carries intrinsic value. Lastly, Natural Disasters such as EMPs and solar flares pose a threat to electrical grids across the US, which could impact credit transactions if power goes down. During that time, the Goldback would be a viable alternative as physical currency.
The obverse/front of the Goldback depicts the personification of “Fortitudine/Fortitude”. Lady Fortitude stands tall, wrapped in a Revolutionary War uniform jacket and holding a rifle. She wears a skirt resembling the stripes of the American Flag. Behind her, maple syrup flows from a tree into a bucket through a tree tap. In the bottom right corner, the outline of New Hampshire is inscribed with the words “LIVE FREE OR DIE”. An opossum and Porcupine, both native to New Hampshire, touch noses in the foreground by Fortitude’s feet.
The reverse/back of the Goldback displays a negative image of the front illustration. This serves as a security feature to better protect the New Hampshire Goldbacks from counterfeiting attempts.

Back to the Beginning: A Brief History of the Goldback
Jeremy Cordon, now the president of Goldback, Inc., first conceived the idea for these innovative gold bills in 2019. After developing his idea further with business partner Chris Jensen, the first Goldbacks were manufactured by printing company Valaurum. The decision to feature the “lady virtues” on the notes was made because Jeremy and Chris believed these virtues “are fundamental to the peace and prosperity we enjoy and are the cornerstone of western civilization.”
