About this product
Classic Lady Fortuna in One Gram, Without Veriscan
This 1 gram PAMP Lady Fortuna gold bar contains one gram of .9999 fine gold and is sealed in PAMP Suisse's tamper-evident assay card. The key difference from other Lady Fortuna gram bars is that this one does not have Veriscan, PAMP's verification technology. Its gold content, Lady Fortuna artwork and serial number follow the familiar PAMP format.
Fortuna, the Roman Goddess of Chance
PAMP Suisse, founded in Ticino, Switzerland, in 1977, was an early user of holographic anti-counterfeiting features on bullion. Its Lady Fortuna design shows the Roman goddess of luck and chance wearing a blindfold, a symbol of how unpredictable fortune can be, while she pours from an overflowing cornucopia. The reverse carries the PAMP logo, the weight and purity, the words Essayeur Fondeur, French for assayer and melter, and the bar's serial number.

Does Veriscan Change the Price?
Some dealers price non-Veriscan bars differently from current Veriscan bars, while others treat them the same. The deciding figure is the premium, what the dealer charges above the spot price of gold. Bullion Hunters shows those published prices and quantity tiers together. Compare it with any other 1 gram gold bar or browse all gram gold bars.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does NOT VERISCAN mean on a PAMP gold bar?
It means the bar was made without PAMP's Veriscan verification technology. The bar still contains one gram of .9999 fine gold, carries the Lady Fortuna design and a serial number, and is sealed in a tamper-evident assay card.
How is a non-Veriscan 1 gram PAMP bar priced?
Dealers base the price on the spot value of one gram of gold and then add a premium. That premium can vary with packaging features, dealer and quantity, so comparing published prices is the reliable way to see current offers.
