Lady Fortuna 10 oz Gold Bar in a Vintage PAMP Assay Card
This 10 oz PAMP Lady Fortuna gold bar is a secondary market bar of .9999 fine gold, still sealed in an older-style PAMP Suisse assay card. The card is a non-Veriscan design and its look can vary. It may show cracks, scratches or discoloration, and the bar itself may carry scuffs, nicks or minor handling marks. Those cosmetic issues do not change the stated metal content.
Lady Fortuna, PAMP's Signature Design
PAMP Suisse was founded in Ticino, Switzerland, in 1977 and became known for detailed bar designs and holographic anti-counterfeiting features. The Lady Fortuna design is its long-running signature series. The obverse shows Fortuna, the Roman goddess of fortune and chance, blindfolded as she shares the contents of her cornucopia, a picture of luck's unpredictable nature. The reverse carries the PAMP Suisse logo with the weight and purity. Because this bar has changed hands before, it is offered as secondary market material rather than new production.
